Stephanie Georgiou

Stephanie is a passionate psychologist who has always had a profound interest in eating disorders and the relationship between food, body image and mental health. She has worked with thousands of clients on a range of concerns including:

  • Eating disorders, 

  • OCD, Gambling & Addictions 

  • Borderline PD (individual therapist as part of the DBT program at Headspace Knox) 

  • Depression & Anxiety

  • Clinical Perfectionism and Social Phobia

  • Trauma 


Stephanie is a client-focused therapist who prides herself on being able to carefully select a treatment modality that is tailored to her client’s needs. 

Stephanie is very positive, welcoming and dedicated to assisting clients obtain a better quality of life. 

She is trained in: 

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) with Mindfulness and Acceptance

  • Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), 

  • CBT-E For Eating Disorders, 

  • Eye Movement, Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) 


Stephanie’s qualifications include: 

  • Bachelor of Social Science (Major in Psychology and Sociology) 

  • Swinburne Bachelor of Arts (Honours) 

  • Master of Professional Psychology Practice – Cairnmillar Institute 

  • Board Approved Supervisor – Cairnmillar Institute.


Stephanie is also currently undertaking a Clinical Psychology Masters Degree at the Cairnmillar Institute

Sarah Van Der Pluym

A hardworking and highly qualified General Psychologist who has considerable experience providing specialist tuition to children and adolescents in mainstream and special education. In 2018, was awarded a Graduate Diploma in Psychology from Monash University and has been working with various complex needs in private practice settings. Has consistently demonstrated excellent interpersonal and written communication skills throughout academic and professional career and has developed strong analysis and research skills. Has valuable experience providing exceptional therapeutic care within a professional clinical psychology setting and takes pride in always adhering to the highest standards of ethical practice.

Sarah has experience working with children, adults & couples on a range of concerns including: 

  • Anxiety & Depression

  • Relationship Difficulties

  • Couples Counselling 

  • Schizoaffective and mood disorders

  • Gambling & other additions

  • Alcohol, Drugs & Dissociative Disorders 

  • Eating Disorders 

Sarah is gentle, compassionate, friendly and motivated to work with you to achieve change. 
Sarah has experience in CBT, ACT, and Mindfulness. 


Pree is an empathetic and understanding psychologist who has experience working with children, adolescents and adults. 

Pree is extremely passionate about working with you to identify what is causing distress and working on a plan to ensure you see a positive outcome.


Pree has worked extensively in the area of psychometric assessment, undertaking cognitive and adaptive assessments. 

Pree has supported clients with the following:

  • Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

  • Attention-Deficit / Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)

  • Intellectual difficulties

  • Learning Disorders (dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia)
