Stephanie has a profound interest in eating disorders and the relationship between food, body image and mental health. She has worked in private practice, forensic psychology and delivered workshops for NAB, ANZ and more.
She is a published author of the book Food Jail- breaking the Bars of Binge Eating, an international educator, public speaker and made appearances on the project TV and daily mail.
