Welcome to Mind Food Psychology. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services
Mind Food Psychology provides telehealth psychological services, including therapy, assessments, clinical supervision, and online programs. All services are delivered by qualified mental health professionals in accordance with Australian health and privacy regulations.

2. Appointments and Cancellations
Appointments are made via our online booking system or directly with our administration team. We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a late cancellation fee (unless in exceptional circumstances).

3. Fees and Payments
Fees are displayed at the time of booking and may vary depending on the type of service provided. Payment is required at or before the time of service.
We accept:
Bank transfers
Credit card payments

Invoices and receipts can be provided upon request. Medicare rebates may be available for eligible clients with a valid referral.

4. Confidentiality and Privacy
We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all personal and health information. We comply with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) and handle all data in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

5. Telehealth Services
As a telehealth-only provider, all consultations occur via secure video conferencing or phone. We take all reasonable steps to ensure privacy and confidentiality; however, clients are also responsible for ensuring they are in a private, secure environment during sessions.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website and in associated materials (including programs, downloads, course videos, and written guides) is the property of Mind Food Psychology. Reproduction, redistribution, or resale without express written consent is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability
While we take care to provide high-quality psychological services, we do not guarantee any specific outcomes. Mind Food Psychology is not liable for any direct or indirect loss, injury, or damage resulting from the use of our services or materials.

8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be effective immediately upon being published on this website. Your continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
