This workshop provides mental health clinicians with increased understanding of how to write comprehensive case notes when seeing clients. At the end of this workshop, the clinician will be able to: -Understand the purpose of case note writing -Know what to include -Feel confident writing case notes -Save time and energy when writing case notes This workshop is worth 1.5 CPD including case note practice time.
