Story
Mind Food Psychology is an online private psychology practice that aims to deliver a validating and comfortable space to discuss your concerns.
Whether you are struggling with an eating disorder, anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder or any other concern, we have compassionate and experienced psychologists.
Stephanie Georgiou, Director, Board Approved Supervisor and Author wanted to make accessing mental health services easy and effective. No more waitlists or struggles finding an appropriately trained psychologist that you connect with.
We make sure you are matched with the right clinician, depending on your needs.
We use an eclectic, client-centered style of therapy, which means we tailor your treatment plan to your specific needs.
Your mental health is not a one size fits all and may require a combination of therapeutic modalities. Our clinicians provide Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing, CBT-E (for eating disorders), and Schema Therapy.
All sessions are held online via zoom, at a time that suits you in the comfort of your own home. It is a private, confidential, and reflective space to cry, share or take moments of silence. We are not here to judge.
Online therapy allows clinicians to use the whiteboard, and share examples, videos and is an enhanced way of conducting therapy.
No waiting around or driving home after an emotionally intense session!
